"Is anybody out there"

Having worked for the royal mail for ten years from 1961 to 1971 I know what the standards were,today the service is a joke,seems no-one cares,losing mail in transit is now accepted,perhaps the people in charge should turn back to the past as it cannot be any worse.M.R.M.
