It would be great if you could contact the Salon and ask for Lucy or Charlotte so we can have a quick chat about your recent visit and establish which member of the team you saw as We have never employed anyone called Claire.

The aim is for all our clients to have a relaxing time and leave feeling delighted with the out come of their service so its important for us to get to the bottom of this.
